Report Suspected Abuse
N.D. Child Protection Services (CPS) Intake Process
Individuals who suspect a child is being abused or neglected in North Dakota should call 833-958-3500 to make a report. The phone line is monitored from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Time* (7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mountain Time).
If a child is in immediate danger, call 9-1-1.
*IF OUTSIDE HOURS: If a Child Protection Services response is needed for child safety after hours, please contact local law enforcement and they will be in contact with the on-call worker in your area.
